As you can see, we have very large apartment homes. Leases are for a minimum of six months and a maximum of twelve months (i.e. 6,7,8,9,10,11 or 12 months). If you are military, we release for ETS, PCS  orders with a thirty day notice. We also accept the military waiver for deposits if you qualify.

The kitchens include:  dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove and refrigerator. There is a pantry for groceries, a pass thru bar that looks out into the living room and a separate dining area. The living room is very spacious and includes a ceiling fan and built-in bookshelves. There is also a private patio or balcony off the living room. Plenty of closet space in all of our floor plans.

Utilities: your bills include electric, telephone and cable. We pay the cold and hot water, garbage and sewage.

Amenities: the swimming pool is 3ft.-6ft. in depth.  A very large laundry facility is located in the center of the property and is open 24 hours.

Quick access to PX, commissary and other shopping needs. Only 1 mile from the main gate to Fort Hood. If you have school age children, there is bus pick-up and drop-off in front of the property.
